What it is

One to one only. Manager chairs a practice disciplinary, grievance, or difficult conversation. We play the employee. Written debrief with development points. No group sessions.

What we assess

• Scenario chosen by you: disciplinary, grievance, performance, dismissal, return to work, redundancy consultation, or other
• Briefing call to agree facts of the scenario
• Live one to one session, in person or video
• Behavioural debrief during and after

What you get

• Written debrief with specific observations
• Development points and suggested phrasing
• Optional follow-up session for a re-run

Any manager who handles people and has never practised a formal process before the real thing happens.
